Goat milk or soya milk ( non sweet )
Walnut
Honey
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh fruit
Boiled or pan fried egg: 1-2, use olive oil
Oatmeal boils 3 min , add goat's milk or soya milk, then add the walnuts, fresh fruit into the bowl. Next, add the honey and evooARIA olive oil. Free to make 1-2 boiled or pan fried eggs with olive oil. The benefits of this nutritious breakfast include:
