​Aria,  a film actress, TV program hostess, and news anchor in Los Angeles Chinese spoken TV station. She shifted her life on the path of spiritual grow started on 2005 and moved to Europe in 2011 . Aria lives in the suburbs of Milan, Italy. In addition to continuing  dedicate to the spiritual work, she spreads her arms to embrace Italy's passion for life, from the art to the food culture.

An unintentional encounter .....

The posture of the olive tree as a silent meditator, the strong inner strength and healing energy won Aria's full respect. This great energy took her to start travelling to south and east Italy, visiting the different olive  farmers, one  after another.

The most memorable thing is that Aria flew to Sardegna Island many times , which is known as Longevity Island .
She drove around this "more sheep than people island" and soaked into the power of "great wild "during her stay. 

Together Aria harvested the olives  with farmer family friends, then they drove to the oil mill to produce the oil . The shoes, clothes, and hands were all covered with mud. When the first drop of fresh oil arrived, everyone's eyes shone and cheers !

In 2014 and 2015, Aria participated  two olive oil sommelier courses in north Italy.

Further, Aria became the official Italian registered olive oil expert in 2017.The most commendable thing is, in 18 months she completed 20 strict national oil tasting tests - sensory evaluation analysis.

It requires to pass each time, if fail once, will have to start all over again.
